Service Policies

A plain-language overview of service requests, parts, travel, payment, warranty support, and mobile-service limitations.

Diagnostic and travel fees

Diagnostic and travel fees should be reviewed and approved before service. Extended service areas may require additional travel charges.

Street Wrench-provided parts follow applicable supplier terms. Customer-provided parts may carry different labor or warranty limitations.

Payment

Payment expectations and accepted methods should be confirmed before work begins and are due according to the approved invoice.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Customers should provide reasonable notice when rescheduling. Travel or diagnostic fees may apply after dispatch or arrival.

Environmental limitations

Some fluids, hazardous materials, weather conditions, properties, and service locations may not be appropriate for mobile work.

Service limitations

Street Wrench services most gas, diesel, and hybrid vehicles. Full electric vehicle service is not currently offered.
